Commencing December 2023, Essex RAYNET will adopt a new monthly radio net plan using the groups fixed repeaters, DMR, D-STAR and Icom LTE networks.
The plan is to operate the following, each net starting at 20:00 and lasting approx 30mins:
Week 1 – First Wednesday of each month will be a RF Cascade net using the groups fixed Crossband Repeater sites
Week 2 – The 2nd Sunday of the month will be a DMR net, on DV Scotland, Essex RAYNET TG 23532
Week 3 – The 3rd Sunday of the month will be a D-STAR net reflector 79, module C
Week 4 – The 4th Sunday of the month will be a Icom LTE net
Week 5 – When there is a 5th Wednesday, we will hold a ‘Round Robin’ Chat Net using the groups fixed Crossband Repeater sites.
