Success at Farleigh Hospice Cycle for Life 2025

Thanks to all those members who assisted with radio comms at the Farleigh Hospice Cycle for Life on the 7th September 2025.  Despite some early difficulties, problems were re-worked and eventually things started working.

The following message was received from the Farleigh Hospice Event Organiser.

Hello Jason,

I hope you’re well and the team had a good day yesterday.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the Raynet team who supported with our Cycle for Life event yesterday and made it such a success! It seemed to be a nice smooth event day for our riders with very few incidents which was absolutely ideal.

We had such a wonderful turn out with over 300 cyclists including 63 sign ups on the day.  We’re hoping to raise over £20K which would be a great result.

We are so fortunate to have the support of our local community for events like these to keep our wonderful hospice going and we absolutely couldn’t do it without you.  Having the extra radio for me was a real help meaning a tiny bit less running around!
