Clacton Airshow 2025

Thank you to everyone for their time volunteered this year. It simply wouldn’t be possible without your help – this was echoed by the Emergency Planning Officer at the District Emergency Response Centre.

The two days went off essentially with no Major Incidents to report and a fun time had by all.

I feel we had really rock solid radio communications across the two day period, with a bespoke PMR solution developed on the fly, to cater to a request from the User Service at essentially, a moments notice – this worked really well once tweaked.

We really appreciate operators assisting from across Essex and the wider neighbouring counties.

I wish you all a safe journey home and a much needed pat on the back.
