Pier to Pier – Thank You

Good morning,

Wow! What an absolutely incredible Pier to Pier walk on Sunday! A massive thank you to all at Essex RAYNET who poured their hearts and souls into making it a resounding success.

Breaking records with a phenomenal 723 walkers is just outstanding! And to have already raised an unbelievable £65,000 – thats before gift aid and all the amazing contributions from the day itself – is truly awe-inspiring.

The love and energy radiating from our walkers was palpable, and even the sun decided to join the party in the afternoon! And can you believe the surprise performance from NSO, Britain’s Got Talent finalists from 2024, at Clacton?! What a treat!

Seeing walkers dressed as dinosaurs and sharks just added to the fun and unique spirit of the day. But beyond the joy and excitement, it was a deeply emotional day, with so many walking in heartfelt memory of their loved ones.

Thank you again for making Sunday such a memorable and impactful day. Your dedication and support are truly making a difference and we look forward to working with you in the future!
