- Farleigh Hospice 'Walk for Life'

- Again this year, Essex Raynet have been requested
to assist
- with the annual 'Walk for Life' sponsored walk.

- Taking place on the 10th May 2009, along the
Chelmer
- and Blackwater navigation canal, Essex Raynet will
- provide radio
communications for safety and first aid
- cover on behalf of the British
Red Cross.

- The 'long' walk has been extended this year
to 21km and
- will begin at the Daisy Meadow Car park,
Heybridge Basin.
- The 'short' walk start will remain at Paper Mill Lock.
