TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.       All orders are accepted subject to the following conditions

2.       It is the members’ responsibility to ensure the size(s) ordered are correct.

3.       Payment is NOT required with order. An invoice will be sent with or immediately following delivery of goods.

4.       All such invoices MUST be paid within 30 days

5.       Final prices may fluctuate slightly depending on our supplier’s prices ruling at the time of our order to them.

6.       All orders will be expedited as soon as possible but Essex Raynet reserves the right to delay ordering any items until a time favourable (minimum order to attract free or reduced carriage, etc). Supplier’s carriage costs, if any, will be apportioned across the items ordered.

7.       Goods will be delivered using our own resources, were possible. In the event of having to use Royal Mail, postage will be charged at cost.

8.       Items can be ordered from the catalogue by email to treasurer@essexraynet.co.uk. The email should contain the words ‘Clothing Order’ in the subject line and state clearly the item and size required.
